Interval Metered Customers

Interval metered customers include customers from the following customer classes:

General Service Transmission
General Service Substation
Rural Electric Coops (REC),
Customers from the General Service Primary and General Service Secondary with demand greater than 500 kW.

Actual interval metered data will be used in the settlement process for these customers. Individual customer usage data is available for these customers and can be obtained by sending a request to supplier-relations@northwestern.com.
