Many of the forms required for obtaining signatures for customer usage data or to make nominations are available online. Some of these forms are in Microsoft Word format; other forms are Excel files. We recommend that you download these files to complete them, obtain the necessary signatures, and either mail them or fax them to Northwestern Energy. The mailing instructions are printed on each form.
